The Laboratory of Stress Neurobiology and Neuropsychopharmacology was established in 2021, aiming to study the important scientific issues of emotion and related psychiatric diseases through the development and application of the cutting-edge technology such as optical imaging, neural regulation, genetic markers and neural circuit tracing: 1. The neural mechanism of stress/pressure; 2. neural circuit mechanism of neuropsychopharmacology; 3. New strategies for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases. The research will help in the treatment of mental diseases such as depression and anxiety.
