研究领域：抑郁、焦虑、躁狂等情绪及情绪相关疾病的研究。开展抑郁症和双相障碍的临床队列研究、无创神经调控治疗（经颅直流电、经颅交流电等）、心理治疗（人际节奏治疗）、生物学标志物（包括炎症因子、miRNA等）以及动物研究（基于氯胺酮、睡眠剥夺等快速抗抑郁机制探索）。

学术成果：以第一作者或通讯作者发表文字70余篇（其中30余篇发表于高水平国际期刊）。主编（与方贻儒教授共同主编）上海交通大学医学院教材《精神病学（第二版）》、科普专著1本《情绪及情绪相关障碍的自我管理手册》，参编专著12本（其中包括本科生和住院医生规范化培训教材、科普）等，其中作为编委和学术秘书参编《中国双相障碍防治指南2025版》；执笔撰写与生物节律相关的专家建议2篇。参与申请专利1项。申请作品登记版权2项。获中华医学会医学科学技术奖二等奖（第6完成人，抑郁障碍识别与诊断技术创新及转化应用，202302055）。培养研究生20余名。

Research Areas:

Research on mood and mood-related disorders, including depression, anxiety, and mania. Current work focuses on clinical cohort studies of major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder; non-invasive neuromodulation therapies (e.g., transcranial direct current stimulation, transcranial alternating current stimulation); psychotherapy (Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy); identification of biomarkers (including inflammatory factors and miRNAs); and animal studies exploring the rapid antidepressant mechanisms underlying ketamine and sleep deprivation.

Academic Achievements:

l Published Papers(as first author or corresponding author):over 70 papers , with more than 30 appearing in high-impact international journals.

l Editor-in-chief of book:《Psychiatry》(2nd Edition, a textbook for SJTUSM)；《Self-Management Manual for Mood and Mood-Related Disorders》.

l Editor-Participated of book: 12 books (including textbooks for undergraduates and standardized residency training, as well as popular science works). Notably, served as an editorial board member and academic secretary for the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bipolar Disorder (2025 Edition).

l Recipient of the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Association Medical Science and Technology Award (No. 6 contributor, 2023; Project: Innovation and Translational Application of Identification and Diagnostic Techniques for Depressive Disorders).
