德国图宾根大学神经科学博士，获德国科隆大学医学院“实验精神病学”全权授课资格（Habilitation）及该学院的准教授（Privatdozentin）职称。自2025年10月加入上海市精神卫生中心脑健康研究院，任研究员，是老年认知与情绪健康课题组（CanAgingLab）组长。曾主持或参与多项德国（DFG, Hirnliga, Köln Fortune）与欧盟（JPND）阿尔茨海默病领域科研项目; 以德方主要合作者身份参与中国国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目，以及由中德科学中心资助的AD临床前期标志物中德合作交流项目。入选上海海外高层次人才计划（创新）。其研究成果发表在Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Neuroimage, Journal of Neuroscience等期刊。

Xiaochen Hu, holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Tübingen, Germany, and received the venia legendi (habilitation) in 'Experimental Psychiatry' from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Cologne, Germany, along with the title of Privatdozentin at the University of Cologne. She is currently a Research Professor and the head of the Cognitive and Neuropsychiatric Aging Laboratory (CanAgingLab) at Shanghai Mental Health Center (SMHC). She has led or participated in multiple research projects on Alzheimer's disease funded by German organizations (DFG, Hirnliga, Köln Fortune) and the European Union (JPND). As a main collaborator from Germany, she has been involved in a Key International Collaborative Research Project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and in a Sino-German mobility program on "Early Markers of Preclinical AD" funded by the Sino-German Center for Research Promotion. She was selected for the Shanghai Overseas High-Level Talent Program (Innovation). Her research findings have been published in journals such as Alzheimer's & Dementia, Neuroimage, and the Journal of Neuroscience.
