学术兼职包括中国康复医学会康复心理学专委会副主任委员、中华预防医学会精神医学分会常委、中华医学会临床流行病学和循证医学分会委员、中华医学会精神医学分会委员、中国医师协会精神科医师分会委员、上海市医学会临床流行病学与循证医学专科委员会顾问，上海市医学会行为医学专科分会名誉主任委员、上海医师协会精神科医师分会名誉会长，曾长期担任Cochrane Schizophrenia Group 编辑（2006年起）及中国分支负责人，《心理学通讯》副主编、General Psychiatry系统综述栏目编辑，等。致力于精神科循证医学实践及相关研究方法的推广。
研究领域：认知老化可塑性基础与临床研究；精神病理学基础与临床研究：通过多学科方法对焦虑障碍、精神分裂症等精神障碍的大脑神经机制进行研究；探索低剂量和超大剂量物理刺激对精神障碍患者精神病理学改变的效应机制。

- basic and clinical research on the plasticity of cognitive aging;
- basic and clinical research on psychopathology: investigating the neural mechanisms of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders and schizophrenia using multidisciplinary approaches;
- exploring the mechanisms underlying the effects of low-dose and high-dose physical stimulation on psychopathological changes in patients with psychiatric disorders.
