上海市精神卫生中心副研究员，上海交通大学心理学硕士生导师，上海交通大学医学博士，美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）访问学者。长期从事精神疾病的病理机制及神经调控干预研究，主持国家自然科学基金、上海市科委临床科技创新行动计划、上海市自然科学基金及上海市卫生局面上项目等多项课题。代表性论著发表在Brain Stimulation、Human Brain Mapping、Schizophrenia Research、Depression and Anxiety等知名国际学术期刊。曾获上海交通大学医学院2019年度中青年教师国外访学进修人才项目、上海交通大学2024年度王宽诚奖励基金、所在团队荣获第36届上海市优秀发明选拔赛优秀发明银奖及2022年度华夏医学科技奖三等奖等荣誉。现任中国健康管理协会人联网智能健康分会委员，参编中国医院协会《中国精神医学专科发展蓝皮书》。

Huiru Cui, Associate Research Fellow at Shanghai Mental Health Center; Master’s Supervisor in Psychology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Ph.D. in Medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Cui has long been engaged in research on the pathological mechanisms of psychiatric disorders and neuromodulation interventions. She has served as Principal Investigator on multiple funded projects, including those supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Clinical Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and the General Program of the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau. Her representative publications appear in prestigious international journals, including Brain Stimulation, Human Brain Mapping, Schizophrenia Research, and Depression and Anxiety. She was awarded the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine 2019 Overseas Visiting Scholar Talent Program for Young and Mid-Career Faculty, and the 2024 K.C. Wong Education Foundation Grant at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her team received the Silver Award at the 36th Shanghai Outstanding Invention Selection Competition and the 2022 Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award (Third Class). Dr. Cui currently serves as a committee member of the Human Networking Intelligent Health Branch of the Chinese Health Management Association and has contributed as a co-author to the Blue Book on the Development of Psychiatric Specialties in China, published by the Chinese Hospital Association.
