上海交大生物医学工程博士，牛津大学从事访问研修，副教授，硕士生导师。

近5年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇，其中JCR Q1区论文为13篇，大于10分的为5篇，COVER Story亮点论文2篇；主持国家自然科学基金及省部级项目共10项，入选上海市浦江人才计划（急需紧缺型人才），作为骨干参与国家重大科技部项目，并主持高层次人才引进项目1项（杭州）。专利5项，其中授权专利2项。入选浙江省特聘科技专家、上海市科技专家、教育部学位论文评审专家、国家自然科学基金通讯评审、浙江省和广东省自然科学基金及科技部项目评审专家。担任中国细胞学会节律分会委员、上海市遗传学会青年委员。担任《Brain-X》、《iMeta》、《Mil Med Res》学术期刊青年编委，担任Frontiers in Pharmacology客座编辑；20余种SCI期刊邀约审稿人，如Biol Psychiatry, Mol Psychiatry。上海交通大学攻读博士学位期间，获香港科技基金会求是博士奖学金和两次优秀研究生奖学金。

主持研究生核心课程建设、研究生示范课程（生理与分子免疫学课程）项目，参与《生命科学概论》教材的编写。工作期间培养了一批优秀的学生，指导学生获得①国家奖学金（研究生）；②全国大创竞赛一、二、三等奖各1项；③省级挑战杯、“互联网+”竞赛铜奖各1项；④省级优秀研究生3名。

Dr. Xiaoxian Xie received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and completed visiting research training at the University of Oxford. He is currently an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor.

Over the past five years, he has published 20 SCI-indexed papers as first or corresponding author, including 13 papers in JCR Q1 journals, 5 papers in journals with an impact factor above 10, and 2 cover-featured (Cover Story) articles. He has served as Principal Investigator for 10 research projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and provincial/ministerial funding agencies. He was selected for the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program (Urgently Needed Talent Category), has participated as a key investigator in a national major research program funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and has led a high-level talent recruitment project in Hangzhou. He holds five patents, including two granted invention patents.

He has been appointed as a Distinguished Science and Technology Expert of Zhejiang Province, a Science and Technology Expert of Shanghai, a dissertation reviewer for the Ministry of Education of China, an NSFC proposal reviewer, and an expert reviewer for research funding programs administered by the science and technology authorities of Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Province, and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

His academic service includes membership on the Committee of the Chinese Society for Cell Biology (Biological Rhythms Branch) and as a Youth Committee Member of the Shanghai Society of Genetics. He also serves as a Young Editorial Board Member for Brain-X, iMeta, and Military Medical Research, and as a Guest Editor for Frontiers in Pharmacology. In addition, he has been invited to review manuscripts for more than 20 SCI journals, including Biological Psychiatry and Molecular Psychiatry.

During his doctoral studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he received the Qiushi Doctoral Scholarship awarded by the Hong Kong Qiushi Science and Technologies Foundation, as well as the Outstanding Graduate Student Scholarship on two occasions.

In education, he has led the development of a core graduate course and a graduate demonstration course (Physiology and Molecular Immunology), and contributed to the compilation of the textbook Introduction to Life Sciences. He has mentored numerous outstanding graduate students, whose achievements include: (1) the National Scholarship for Graduate Students; (2) first-, second-, and third-prize awards in the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Competition; (3) provincial bronze awards in both the Challenge Cup and Internet+ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition; and (4) recognition of three Provincial Outstanding Graduate Students.
