1. 研究领域：

长期专注于中西医结合精神疾病的临床诊疗与基础研究，以抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍、精神分裂症、轻度认知障碍、双相情感障碍等常见神志病为核心研究对象，系统开展病证结合中医辨证分型、神经影像学、代谢组学等基础机制研究；同时深耕中医特色疗法，包括健脾解郁法、穴位刺激调控法、五行音乐疗法、中药疗法的临床转化与优化；牵头推进中西医结合诊疗指南、行业标准制定及抑郁障碍人工智能量化评估、智慧中医精神病学等创新技术研发，构建全病程中西医结合精神疾病诊疗体系。

1）科研项目

主持国家级、省部级及市级重大重点科研项目15 项，包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家临床重点专科建设项目、国家重大疑难疾病中西医临床协作项目、上海市卫生健康委中医药重大项目、上海市中医药重点学科项目等。多项课题围绕抑郁症中医辨证客观化、从脾治郁神经认知机制、五行音乐疗法抗抑郁机制等方向展开，已高质量结题 6 项，在研项目覆盖临床诊疗、机制探索、技术推广、标准制定。

2）论文发表

以第一作者 / 通讯作者发表学术论文共58篇，多篇收录于国际高水平期刊，包括《General Psychiatry》（IF=7.0）、《Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics》（IF=16）、《Frontiers in Psychiatry》（IF=3.95）、《Frontiers in Pharmacology》（IF=5.811）、《Journal of Affective Disorders》、《Chinese Medicine》等，在中西医结合神志病领域形成持续且有国际影响力的学术产出。

3）指南与行业标准

牵头国家级、全国学会级诊疗指南与行业标准 13 项，核心包括《抑郁症中西医结合诊疗指南》《广泛性焦虑障碍中西医结合诊疗指南》《郁证中医药防治指南》《中医神志病临床诊疗指南》、国家中医药管理局郁病（抑郁症、强迫症）中医诊疗方案与临床路径等，多项标准成为全国中西医结合精神科临床实践的核心依据。

4）专著编写

共参编8部专著。其中主编专著3部：《焦虑症中医典籍撷英》《癫狂病中医典籍撷英》《抑郁症中医典籍撷英》等；副主编专著2 部：《<伤寒论> 情志病辨证论治规律》《中西医结合临床诊疗思路》；参编全国中医药行业高等教育 “十三五” 创新教材《神志病预防养生学》等，系统梳理中医神志病理论与临床体系。

5）知识产权

获国家发明专利 4 项（治疗抗抑郁药所致盗汗的健脾养阴中药组合物、健脾解郁合剂、刺五加和徐长卿联合用于制备抗抑郁药物的用途、改善抑郁症状伴失眠的中药外熏复方）；软件著作权 4 项（中西医结合抑郁症量化评估系统、抑郁症中西医结合诊断云服务系统、中医神志病古籍数字图书馆等）；原创音乐版权3项（静心谣、心归处等），实现从中药复方、智能系统到特色疗法的全链条成果转化。

Detailed Introduction

1.  Research Interests

Long dedicated to clinical practice and basic research of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for mental disorders. Focuses on common mental disorders including depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, mild cognitive impairment and bipolar disorder. Systematically conducts basic mechanistic studies such as syndrome differentiation based on integration of disease and syndrome, neuroimaging and metabolomics. Devotes to clinical translation and optimization of characteristic TCM therapies including spleen-invigorating and depression-removing method, acupoint stimulation regulation method, five-element music therapy and herbal medicine therapy. Leads the development of clinical guidelines and industry standards for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as research and development of innovative technologies including artificial intelligence quantitative assessment for depressive disorder and intelligent TCM psychiatry, to establish a full-course diagnosis and treatment system for mental disorders with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

2.  Academic Achievements

1) Research Projects

Presided over 15 major and key research projects at national, provincial, ministerial and municipal levels, including Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Clinical Specialty Construction Project, National Key Project for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Major and Difficult Diseases, Key TCM Project of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and Key Discipline Project of TCM in Shanghai. Projects focus on objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation for depression, neurocognitive mechanism of treating depression from the spleen, and antidepressant mechanism of five-element music therapy. Six projects completed with high quality; ongoing projects cover clinical diagnosis and treatment, mechanism exploration, technology promotion and standard formulation.

2) Publications

Published 58 academic papers as first author or corresponding author, many included in high-level international journals such as General Psychiatry (IF=7.0), Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (IF=16), Frontiers in Psychiatry (IF=3.95), Frontiers in Pharmacology (IF=5.811), Journal of Affective Disorders and Chinese Medicine, forming sustained and internationally influential academic output in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for mental disorders.

3) Guidelines and Industry Standards

Led the formulation of 13 national and professional society-level clinical guidelines and industry standards, including Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Depressive Disorders by Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine, Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder by Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine, Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Depression Syndrome with TCM, Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for TCM Mental Disorders, and TCM diagnosis and treatment protocols and clinical pathways for depression syndrome (depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder) issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These standards serve as core references for clinical practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine psychiatry nationwide.

4) Monographs

Participated in compiling 8 monographs in total. Editor-in-chief of 3 monographs: Selected Ancient Books of TCM on Anxiety Disorders, Selected Ancient Books of TCM on Mania and Depression, Selected Ancient Books of TCM Depression; associate editor-in-chief of 2 monographs: Regularities of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Emotional Diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Thinking of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Participated in compiling Preventive Health Science of Mental Disorders, an innovative textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan of higher education in national TCM industry, systematically sorting out the theoretical and clinical system of TCM mental disorders.

5) Intellectual Property Rights

Granted 4 national invention patents: a spleen-invigorating and yin-nourishing TCM composition for night sweats induced by antidepressants, a spleen-invigorating and depression-removing mixture, application of combined Acanthopanax Senticosus and Cynanchum Paniculatum in preparing antidepressant drugs, and a TCM fumigation compound for improving depressive symptoms accompanied by insomnia. Owns 4 software copyrights: quantitative assessment system for depressive disorders with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, cloud service system for diagnosis and health care of depressive disorders with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, digital library of ancient books on TCM mental disorders, etc. Owns 3 original music copyrights: Jing Xin Yao, Xin Gui Chu, etc., realizing full-chain achievement transformation from TCM compounds and intelligent systems to characteristic therapies.

6) Science and Technology Awards and Talent Honors

Received 5 science and technology awards at provincial, ministerial and national society levels, including Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award and Second Prize of Academic Works Award of Chinese Society of Ethnic Medicine, Third Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award, and Second Prize of Zhejiang Provincial TCM Science and Technology Award.
