
上海市精神卫生中心研究员,博士生导师。主要研究方向为记忆及相关精神疾病的神经机制。2012年博士毕业于中国科学院神经科学研究所,2013-2021年相继在美国约翰.霍普金斯大学和斯克里普斯研究所进行博士后研究,其间作为科研骨干参与多项美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)研究项目。曾获得加州再生医学研究所博士后研究基金(Fellowship)以及中科院辉瑞一等奖。近五年代表性论文发表在Cell Reports, Nature Communications,Neuron等国际知名学术杂志上。目前承担多项课题,包括科技部2030-脑科学与类脑研究重大项目青年科学家项目。入选2021年上海市海外高层次人才计划及浦江人才计划。
Dr. Yongchuan Zhu earned his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012. He subsequently pursued postdoctoral training at Johns Hopkins University and the Scripps Research Institute in the United States from 2013 to 2021. His research focuses on the neural mechanisms of memory formation and related psychiatric disorders. His work has been published in leading international journals including Science, PNAS, Neuron, Nature Communications, and Cell Reports. Dr. Zhu currently leads several research projects, including the Young Scientist Project of the China Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence Research Major Program and grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In 2021, he was awarded the Shanghai Overseas High-Level Talent Award and the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program.
