“九秩普慈 赓续心篇” 上海市精神卫生中心院史馆筹建中, 藏品征集期待您的鼎力相助!

尊敬的全体职工、离退休前辈、亲爱的患者朋友及社会各界人士:

2025年,上海市精神卫生中心迎来建院90周年华诞。为全面展现中心九十年发展历程,传承医者仁心精神,现面向全体职工、离退休前辈、患者及家属、社会各界人士,征集与中心发展相关的历史老物件及珍贵资料,共同镌刻独属精中的温暖记忆。

一、 征集内容(包括但不限于):

(一)影像类

1、反映中心各个时期重要事件、活动、人物的照片。

2、展现中心不同历史时期建筑风貌的老照片。

3、反映医护人员工作和生活的老照片,特别是具有珍贵价值的个人或集体照。

4、能代表医院技术更新、专业发展相关的医疗设备、器械、用具等的照片。

(二)实物类

1、反映中心各时期重要历史事件、重大活动相关的文件、媒体报道、书籍、音像、记录、笔记、电报、信件等。

2、反映中心发展各个时期标志性科研成果的奖杯、奖牌、奖状。

3、中心各个时期印制发放的具有保存价值的印刷品、重要出版物等实物,以及院徽、饭票、工作证、借书证等。4、具有纪念意义的物品(如早期医疗器具、职工手稿、患者感谢信、旧院区标识、知名专家的手写病历、科研成果手稿、荣誉证书、报刊杂志中对医院的报道原件等)。

二、征集说明

1、对于捐赠的老照片和老物件,中心将颁发感谢状及600号独家文创,并在院史馆展示时注明捐赠者姓名(如捐赠者有特殊要求,可尊重其意愿处理)。

2、对于提供的资料和物品,中心将妥善保管和使用。若为代管或复制的物品,中心将与提供者签订相关协议,原件在完成相关展示用途后可按约定归还。

3、提供者投稿即视为同意中心在院史馆建设、宣传等相关公益活动中合理使用其提供的照片和资料。

Ninety Years of Compassion: Continuing the Legacy

Call for Historical Artifacts for the Shanghai Mental Health Center History Museum

Dear Colleagues, Retired Staff, Service Users, and Friends from All Walks of Life,

In 2025, the Shanghai Mental Health Center(SMHC) celebrates its 90th anniversary. To comprehensively showcase its ninety-year development journey and inherit the spirit of medical benevolence, we are now collecting historical artifacts and precious materials related to the hospital’s growth from all staff members, retired colleagues, service users and their families, and the general public. Together, let’s engrave the warm memories unique to the Mental Health Center.

Collection Scope (including but not limited to):

I. Visual Materials

1. Photographs reflecting important events, activities, and figures in various periods of the hospital.

2. Architectural images capturing the campus evolution, from Shanghai Mercy Hospital’s original buildings to modern facilities.

3. Photographs of medical staff at work and in daily life, especially valuable individual or group portraits.

4. Images of medical equipment, instruments, and tools representing the hospital’s technological updates and professional development.

II. Physical Artifacts

1. Historical documents, media reports, books, audio-visual records, notes, telegrams, and letters related to major events or milestones.

2. Trophies, medals, and certificates recognizing groundbreaking research or clinical achievements.

3. Printed materials (publications, newsletters, posters) and memorabilia (hospital emblems, meal tickets, staff IDs, library cards) from different eras.

4. Commemorative items (e.g., early medical instruments, staff manuscripts, thank-you letters from service users, old campus signs, handwritten medical records by renowned experts, scientific research manuscripts, honor certificates, original newspaper/magazine reports about the hospital, etc.).

Donation Details

  1. Recognition: Donors will receive a certificate of appreciation and exclusive SMHC 600-series cultural creations. Your name will be acknowledged alongside your contribution in the museum (anonymity can be requested).

  2. Care and Custody: All items will be properly preserved. For items under custody or reproduced, the Center will sign a relevant agreement with the provider, and the original can be returned as agreed after completing the display purposes.

  3. Usage Rights: Submission implies consent for SMHC to use materials in museum exhibits, educational programs, and public promotions for non-commercial, non-profit purposes.
