洪祥飞，博士，上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心副研究员，上海交通大学心理学硕士生导师（脑与认知方向）。上海交通大学生物医学工程系本科，上海交通大学生物医学工程学院和美国加州大学Davis分校心理与脑研究中心联合培养博士（国家留学基金委项目资助）。之后，获上海高校中青年教师国外访学进修计划和上海交通大学王宽诚医学奖励基金资助，赴美国佛罗里达大学生物医学工程系任访问学者。

主要研究方向包括：（1）人类注意力的认知和神经机制；（2）精神分裂症的认知缺陷及干预；（3）头皮脑电方法学及其应用。先后主持国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金（2项）、上海市科委医学创新研究专项、上海市哲学社会科学规划课题等多项国家及省部级科研课题，参与科技部科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”和国家社科基金项目等课题，以第一或通讯作者（含共同）身份在NeuroImage、Cerebral Cortex、Human Brain Mapping等重要期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇，担任国际学术期刊《Frontiers in Human Neuroscience》的Associate Editor、《Brain-Apparatus Communication: A Journal of Bacomics》的青年编委以及多个国际学术期刊和会议的评审人；曾主持翻译Steven J. Luck教授关于头皮脑电研究方法学的经典著作《事件相关电位基础（第二版）》。

Education and Training

He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). He completed his PhD through a joint training program between the School of Biomedical Engineering at SJTU and the Center for Mind and Brain at the University of California, Davis (funded by the China Scholarship Council). Subsequently, supported by the Overseas Visiting and Training Program for Middle-aged and Young Teachers in Shanghai Universities and the SJTU K.C. Wong Medical Fellowship, he conducted research as a visiting scholar at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Florida, USA.

Research Interests

His primary research directions include: (1) Cognitive and neural mechanisms of human attention; (2) Cognitive functional deficits and interventions in schizophrenia; (3) Scalp EEG methodology and its applications.

Research Grants and Projects

Dr. Hong has served as the Principal Investigator for several national and provincial/ministerial research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), two projects from the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, the Medical Innovation Research Special Project of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project. He has also participated in major initiatives such as the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 — "Brain Science and Brain-Like Intelligence Technology" (China Brain Project) of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China.

Publications and Professional Service

He has published over 20 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author (including co-authorship) in prominent journals such as NeuroImage, Cerebral Cortex, and Human Brain Mapping. He serves as an Associate Editor for the international academic journal Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, a member of the Youth Editorial Board for Brain-Apparatus Communication: A Journal of Bacomics, and a reviewer for multiple international academic journals and conferences. Additionally, he led the Chinese translation of Professor Steven J. Luck’s classic textbook on scalp EEG methodology, An Introduction to the Event-Related Potential Technique (Second Edition).
