医学博士 人类学硕士 流行病学硕士 CM, MD, MA, MPH上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心危机干预研究室主任，上海交通大学教授，国家精神疾病医学中心，上海市精神卫生中心终身荣誉教授，哥伦比亚大学临床精神病学和临床流行病学教授，北京回龙观医院WHO合作自杀干预研究中心执行主任，柳叶刀中国精神卫生委员会联合主席，WHO中国精神卫生问题顾问，《Lancet》及《Lancet Psychiatry》编委。费立鹏教授目前是一系列国内外多机构合作课题的主要负责人和国内多中心精神卫生流行病学调查的顾问，每年都为年轻的中外学者开展研究培训、呼吁提升中国巨大的自杀问题的关注度并在全中国促进改善精神卫生服务的质量、覆盖面与可及性。2012年获得中华人民共和国国际科学技术合作奖，这是中国政府颁发给国际专家的最高荣誉；2014年获得加拿大勋章，这是加拿大的最高平民荣誉勋章。2021年获得由大脑与行为研究基金会授予的精神卫生人道主义荣誉奖（Brain & Behavior Research Foundation Honorary Pardes Humanitarian Prize in Mental Health）。费立鹏教授在中国开展过多项研究，主要是有关精神病学、流行病学调查和自杀问题的研究。

Professor Michael Phillips is the director the Suicide Prevention Research Center of the Shanghai Mental Health Center, a professor of psychiatry at Shanghai Jiaotong University,,an Honorary Lifetime Professor of the National Center for Mental Disorders & Shanghai Mental Health Center and a professor of clinical psychiatry and clinical epidemiology at Columbia University. He is also the Executive Director the WHO Coordinating Center for Suicide Prevention Research at the Beijing Huilongguan Hospital, co-director the Lancet Commission on Mental Health in China, a WHO consultant about mental health in China, and on the editorial board of the Lancet and Lancet Psychiatry.Professor Phillips conducts a series of national and international collaborative studies and is a consultant on several mental health epidemiological studies in China. Each year he provides training in research to young scholars from China and overseas, promotes the importance of the suicide problem in the country, and advocates for expanding the range, quality and accessibility of mental health services around the country. In 2012 he received the International Scientific and Technological Award of the People’s Republic of China, the highest honor for scientific achievement awarded to foreign nationals by the Chinese government. In 2014 he received the Order of Canada. In 2021 he received the Honorary Pardes Humanitarian Prize in Mental Health for the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. His current research projects in China focus on psychotic disorders, mental health epidemiological projects, and suicide prevention projects.
