崔东红

医学博士,上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心研究员,博导。上海市重性精神疾病重点实验室执行任、精神疾病样本库主任。复旦大学精神病学博士,美国耶鲁大学博士后。上海市浦江人才,上海市公共卫生优秀学科带头人, 科技部重点研发精准医学项目首席科学家,上海市三八红旗手。中国神经科学学会精神病基础与临床分会(CSNP)常委兼秘书长,中国研究型医院学会临床数据与样本资源库专业委员会常委,中国医药生物技术协会生物库分会委员,上海市遗传学会理事等。

 

研究方向:
     精神分裂症、双相障碍及其它精神疾病病因机制和精准医学研究、抗精神病药物诱导的代谢障碍机制、用语音特征识别精神疾病、以及冥想促进心身健康的脑-体机制研究

 

研究成果:
      自1999年以来,主要从事精神分裂症和双相障碍的临床基础研究,主要是病因机制及生物标记物研究,在我国最早“应用基因表达谱芯片寻找精神分裂症相关基因”并获得2004年“乌鲁木齐市科技进步一等奖”(排名第一),“2004年度《中华精神科杂志》优秀论文一等奖”。2005年“上海市高校科技发明创造奖”(排名第一)。之后,先后主持过精神分裂症相关的四个国家自然科学基金面上项目(基金号30670755,81171266,81271481,81671336)多项省部级重点项目,作为项目负责人主持一项科技部重点研发精准医学项目(2017YFC0909200),作为骨干参与过两项科技部重大项目。还主持过两项双相障碍相关项目(YG2012ZD04,GWDTR201230)以及上海交通大学“双一流”项目、上海市自然科学基金、上海市科技创新计划、上海市浦江人才项目、上海市公共卫生优秀学科带头人计划等30多项课题。在国际上首次发表了AF1q、TXNIP、APC、ASAH1等精神分裂症新易感基因,以及NGFB是双相障碍与物质依赖共享基因,还发现抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症发生代谢障碍的风险预警因子及在中枢和外周的作用机制。在JCI、Molecular Psychiatry、Psychoneuroendocrinology等发表论文70余篇,申请专利4项、参编专著4部。

Donghong Cui:  MD& PhD.

Professor of psychiatry of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and Principal Investigator of the Shanghai Mental Health Center. Shi is the executive director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Psychotic Disorders, and director of Bio-Bank of mental illness.  She received her Ph.D. from Fudan University, Shanghai. She pursued postdoctoral training in Yale University, USA. She serves as the Standing Committee Member and secretary general of the Chinese Society of Neuroscience& Psychiatry (CSNP), the President of the neuromodulation Union of CSNP, the Standing Committee Member Chinese Research Hospital Association Clinical Data and Biobank Committee; the Executive Committee Member of the Shanghai Society of Genetics, and the Committee Member of China Medicinal Biotech Association Biobank Branch, etc.
Her research has been supported by grants from NSFC, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and Science and Technology Commission Shanghai Municipality etc. She is the PI of National Key R&D Program of China “The multimodal precise medicine on diagnosis and treatment for schizophrenia and biphasic disorder”.
Her research interests focus on Pathogenesis of Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other Psychotic disorders; biomarkers and precision medicine of psychotic disorders; Mechanism of metabolic disorders induced by antipsychotic drugs ; Identification of features of speech for diagnosis of manic psychosis. In recent years she also explore mechanism of meditation to promote psychosomatic health
Dr. Cui won several awards, and more than 70 academic papers have been published in journals such as <Molecular Psychiatry>, <Journal of Clinical Investigation> , etc.
